Retention:
If you experience retention issues, this is most likely related to your application technique. Check the following points step by step to ensure the best possible retention. Remember to shake the adhesive for 30 seconds before treatment. Make sure the lamp is positioned no more than 15 cm from the lashes—10 cm is recommended. Cure for a sufficient amount of time. To ensure proper curing, we recommend starting with 3 seconds until you are fully comfortable working with the system. Release the foot pedal only after counting to 3 seconds.
