You can return an unopened product purchased from Look by Linn within 14 days. The item that you want to return needs to be in a closed, unopened packaging. We can not reimburse or change an opened product, tweezers or brushes due to hygienic reasons. We always check the product before shipping it. Should the product be damaged, a picture must be sent to us and to the shipping company before reimbursment.
The product that you want to change must be unopened.
If you have ordered and want to change a product, please contact us at order@lookbylinn.se and then return your product after you have contacted us.
If you do not pick up your package, you may be charged with a processing fee SEK 250 if you want it sent to you again.
It is your responsibility to check your spam email after your order. Your mail may have placed our mail (order@lookbylinn.se) as spam.
Shipping to company: Always specify the salon or company name when ordering. If not, the package is sent to a service point. Make sure you have authorization when booking through Company Package that DHL may leave the package without you being there. This is to avoid extra charge of SEK 95 by DHL for missed delivery.
Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, or if the product is broken please contact order@lookbylinn.se and provide relevant information about why you are dissatisfied. Sometimes we also will need photos of the product.
Return Conditions
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition / unopened. If the product is destroyed or used, the product will not be refunded. Change or returning products must be in closed, unopened packaging. No change or returnright on opened product due to hygienic reasons. Opened products means: tweezers and brushes, which are not in a sealed package. We always check the product before shipping. Should the product be damaged, a picture must be sent to us and to the shipping company for any refund. After contact via email with a description of why you want to return the item you must make sure to include the product along with contact information and provide us with a tracking number.

We sell within the EU and Norway and all returns that take place internationally are payed by the customer. Contact info@lookbylinn.se and wait for an answer before returning.
Do you want to change product to another size?
Email us and provide your customer information and tell us the size you want in exchange. You will be responsible for shipping back the item with a tracknumber. New size will be sent when we get your return package.
Want to switch to another product?
Email us about the item you received and what product you want instead. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping back with a tracknumber.
Transport damage
If your item is broken after shipping / transport. Please contact us by email order@lookbylinn.se. Take a picture of your broken item and the box it came in.
Shipping to Company

Packages to salonaddress (company packages)
Always specify the salon or company name when ordering. DHL charges an extra fee of SEK 150 ex VAT for shipping to private individuals. We send the package to service points if there is no company name or salon name in your order.We recommend that you have a power of attorney when you book via Company package so that DHL may leave your package without you being there. This to avoid extra extra cost of SEK 95 ex VAT each time DHL gets missed delivery caused by you not beeing in the salon.
Shipping Servicepoint

After paid shipping costs, or if you got free shipping over a certain amount the package will be sent to your nearest service point. Always make sure to leave your mobile number when ordering for DHL to send notification.
If packages are not picket up by you
For non-picked-up packages we will charge you with DHL's processing fee of SEK 250 + new shipping cost of SEK 65 if you choose to have the package send to you again. You must get in touch with order@lookbylinn.se if you have not received the package within 10 days. If you do not pick up your package and we get the package back, we will wait to send the package again until we have heard from you again.

If you haven´t received a replyfrom us within 5 days after your order or if you do not find your order in your spam mail. Then you need to get in touch with order@lookbylinn.se.

Reimbursement of education
When purchasing a course, the full amount (registration fee and final payment) must be paid before the course starts. Price and registration fee is described in lookbylinnstore under each course. Registration fee is not refunded on cancellation of the course, only valid medical certificate is approved to get the registration fee back. If something unforeseen arises that requires you to cancel the date of the education, you must contact us at least 2 weeks before the start to book a new date. If the student don´t meet the requirement and goals of the course or refuse to follow the guideline of security for the customers lashes, the teacher has the right to fail the student. As a student you cannot teach other people the techniques and course materials that Look by Linn teaches, you must not use the course material in further education. The course material is protected according to the copyright law and may not be copied or used further, if this is done without approval from us, legal action will be taken. You accept these terms and conditions when you buy the course. If a student take on students of their own, we do not accept that you will further learn the techniques you have learned on your course at Look by Linn or with our material. If this is done you will be charged 10,000 SEK for each student you train.
Registration fee is not refunded on canceled course instead the course leader sets a new date for the course.
Refund on online education: If the customer has booked and paid an online education. Training is sometimes sent immediately. Amounts will not be refunded if the customer has received an emailed link or website to their specified mail. If the customer wants to cancel online training, the customer must immediately call or email that the customer wants to cancel. Only upon contact and confirmatory response from Look by Linn, provided that link or website has not been sent to the customer, amounts can be refunded. Online education: When purchasing online education. Sends a link or website to the customer's specified email address. A link or website is usually sent immediately during weekdays between 9 am and 3 pm to the customer's specified email address. If the order is placed after 3 pm or on weekends, a link or website will be sent the following weekday. All copying in addition to your private use is prohibited. All copying and undue dissemination is prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring that the educational film / online education and containing material is not disseminated to other users. Always contact Look by Linn directly if your movie has gone astray. If your educational film online education or containing material falls astray, such as social media, messenger, file sharing site, the file can be tracked to you, you will be charged SEK 10,000 for each sharing.

Force majeure
Events outside https://lookbylinnstore.se control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, which means that lookbylinnstore is released from https://lookbylinnstore.se obligations to fulfill agreements. Examples of such events are government measures or omissions, newly arrived or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. Payment
All goods remain the lookbylinnstore s property until full payment is made. The price that applies is set at the time you make your order. All transfers made through lookup store sizes are handled and traded through third party dedicated gateways to ensure your security. Special Terms for Pre-Order Items (Fume Extraction Units)
Lead time – item is ordered in after your purchase; normal lead time 6–8 working weeks.
Split shipments – in-stock items may ship immediately; the extractor ships separately once received.
Klarna/Billie – the invoice is issued automatically when the first parcel is marked as shipped Billie ; payment may fall due before the extractor arrives and must be settled by the due date.
Separate invoice – if you prefer to pay only when the extractor is in our warehouse, email order@lookbylinn.se within 24 h and we will switch the order to a manual invoice, payable before dispatch of the extractor.
Cancellation – possible within 48 h; thereafter we charge our actual costs.
Reminder/collection fees – unpaid invoices are handled under the Swedish Consumer Credit Act; reminder fee and shipping hold may apply.
Force majeure – external events (e.g. strikes, transport disruptions) extend delivery without liability for damages.
Packages Goods that are not picked up by the customer
Packages that return to Look by Linn within Sweden will be invoiced DHL supplement of SEK 250. Packages that are not picked up outside of Sweden and come back are invoiced to DHL supplement + customs cost.

Whichever payment option you choose, Klarna or one of Klarna's partners is the one who handles the payment transaction while the actual purchase of the product or service is done directly by the store. Payment with SWISH is made in advance to our SWISH account where a link is opened automatically at the checkout when choosing swish payment. If payment is not made via the link, the order will not go through, but will be canceled. Swish trade refers to trade from private individuals. It is not possible to pay manually to our swish account but always through the link that opens via the payment page.
