Retention:
If you experience retention issues, it is most likely related to your application technique. Review the following points step by step to ensure the best possible retention. Remember to shake the adhesive for 30 seconds before treatment. Ensure the lamp is positioned no more than 15 cm from the lashes—10 cm is recommended. Cure for a sufficient amount of time. To ensure adequate curing, we recommend starting with 3 seconds until you are comfortable working with the system. Release the foot pedal only after counting to 3 seconds.
